A straightforward flight here as a United 1K Premier Executive - a benefit of traveller loyalty. My back is pretty well functional, even though sitting on airplanes for 10 hours doesn't help, but my leg muscles agonizingly seize and knot. In contrast to my SOP for arrival in the US - a Rapid Acculturation Program of several high action movies - I have opted instead for a gentle seeping process. This reflects my tiredness and less than ideal health.
